Raw Mushroom Burgers Recipe

Oh my God…oh my God..if you are on a low fat raw vegan lifestyle and crave burgers, this 7 ingredients raw mushroom burgers recipe is a must! I made it for my meat eating friends and they couldn’t believe how tasty and satisfying the burgers were 🙂

Raw Mushroom Burgers

Serves:
2

Equipment:
Food Processor
Dehydrator

Ingredients:
1 pack of mushrooms of your choice (Portobello or Chesnuts are the best)
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1 medium carrot
2 tablespoons Tamari
1 clove garlic
1/3 onion
1 teaspoon herbs De Provence or whatever fresh or dried herbs you like

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in your food processor. Make round shaped burgers ( about 2 cm thick) and put on the non stick sheets of your dehydrator. Dehydrate for about 4 hours on 42 degrees. Serve with lettuce and other vegetables of your choice.
