Raw ‘Curryflower’ Recipe

This recipe is great in case you are craving curry!

Serves:
2

Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower – break the head into small florets and put in a bowel

For curry marinade:
1 cup of macadamia nuts
1 medium red bell pepper
1 carrot
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw agave or raw honey
2 teaspoons curry powder (use the best quality you have)
1/3 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon cumin
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

 

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until you get thick mixture.
Marinade the cauliflower florets and serve with cherry tomatoes and cucumber 🙂 Kids love it if not too spicy.I usually make milder version for them first not using as much garlic.
